I offer dynamic yoga classes to groups, individuals and corporate groups.

I am a strong believer that yoga should be available to all, regardless of age, size or level of fitness and everyone should feel welcome.


My style of teaching, is non dogma, compassionate, friendly and light-hearted. My aim is to explore movement, mobility, strength and balance while listening to the breath. I encourage students to work at their own pace, understand and explore their own abilities and above all to relax and have some fun.

Budokon is a mind and body art form inspired by the ancient traditions of Yoga, Martial Arts, Zen Meditation and the study of animal movement. If you enjoy power yoga and dynamic flow yoga styles, then you will enjoy this high-energy workout.


We will explore greater physical possibilities through mobility and the focus on the fluidity of transitioning from one shape to the next, rather than just the shapes themselves. Budokon Yoga helps increase overall flexibility, core strength, agility, balance and mental focus. Although these classes are suitable for all levels, a basic level of fitness is required.

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. This process produces intense internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

The overall structure is based on the traditional sequence, with added variations throughout the practice along with some strengthening transitions too. As the classes are one hour long, I mix up the seated section and in some classes I add in certain elements from the second series. These classes are suitable for
all levels.

I offer one to one classes. We can discuss your concerns, needs, goals and interests so I can create bespoke classes to meet your individual requirements. You can join alone or as a small group. Please contact me for more information.

I also offer corporate yoga classes.
During these uncertain times, employees find there are enormous benefits to having yoga classes provided for them. Corporate yoga and well-being classes, whether online or in the workplace, can help tackle stress, reduce back pain, improve productivity, and build camaraderie through sharing a fun activity together. I can work with you to create bespoke classes that meet the specific needs of your team.
